gameofcards marvel battle post!

why hello there gentle viewers, this is my organization post for the planned marvel (mcu, aos, and comics) icon battle for

gameofcards

we'd decided to go with themes instead of chosen screencaps, to allow for a variety of subject matter in our icons should we so choose.

so if you could comment with your choice of two themes that would be awesome, once everyone's choices are finalized, i'll put them together into a table that you can use when you submit your icons.

ICON SUBMISSION DEADLINE WILL BE MIDNIGHT EST SATURDAY JUNE 28TH
(that way i can code and post our wonderful battle to the cardwars comm and submit our points request)

if you have any questions or ideas or comments totally lemme know.
also, do we need to establish what qualifies as MCU?
i'm assuming the core MCU, and not including any xmen movies or spiderman.

For the life of me, I can't remember what "blocking" is with icons. I know the rest of the themes, but that one is escaping me at the moment.

blocking and levels can be kind of similar, depending on the complexity.

if this is an example of levels:

setentpet / spuzz (tumblr) / justmyb0nes

this would be an example of blocking:

pamkips/ second_love / shadowserenity

more non-marvel examples:
