Sadly, it appears I can't make my DW layout look exactly like my LJ layout.
Maybe if I worked on it longer and/or nagged Cody, but I'm lazy, I need to go to liquor store, I need to pick up my prescriptions, and I have to go get my back crunched by my chiropractor.


For everyone's rage about DW, I don't actually have any problem with it.
Its just like LJ pre failure and they seem to actually know their userbase AND LJ's well enough to capitalize on LJ's failure.
Seems fine by me.

i get people wanting to not switch, but frankly i'm tired of lj, lj's bullshit and just...online in general.

Yeah I fixed it. There was an issue with the colours. But now its back to LJ normal.


I think if the comms came to Dreamwidth then I would be quite content with a full change to DW.
And if I had more icons.

I've made a page, but that's all I've had time for. I'm a LJ fan...but hell I was a myspace person before that. It took awhile to get me to switch and then I loved it. I'll have to play with it. I have no idea how to change anything but it looks very similar to LJ so it shouldn't be that much of a pain...Right??

Yeah its pretty much the same as LJ.
Will found a tutorial thing that tells you how to set up your layout as Flexible Squares so you can then essentially change your DW layout to the same as your LJ one. For most people, who are using custom coded ones or whatever. that CSS stuff.
